Minganti hard turning platforms are engineered to machine hardened materials with high accuracy, repeatability, and process reliability above 45 HRC. Designed for post-heat-treatment operations, they support roughing and finishing on hardened steels such as bearing steel, tool steel and carburized components.

Each system is built on a rigid structure, equipped with precision axis control and thermal stabilization systems to ensure dimensional consistency over time.
Tooling interfaces are optimized for CBN and ceramic inserts, allowing for reduced cycle times and minimized tool wear.
